Report of BWs returnable for 06.02.2025 received back stating that upon
visiting the given address, one person with the name Pardeep Kumar son of Balwant
Singh was found who stated name of the father was not mentioned on the BWs. He
further stated that the other address being H NO. 359 Sec-4, Part II is not his address.
Further, the mobile no. 9996022191 as mentioned on the BWs is also not his mobile
number. He refused to receive the BWs on the aforesaid grounds.
On visiting the second address situated at Sec-4, Part II, the premises was
found locked and no information about the accused could be obtained. Upon contacting
the accused on the given mobile number, it was not picked up.
Hence it is requested that parentage of the accused may be mentioned on
the process.
On LDOH, complainant was directed to file Certificate u/s 65 B IEA in
support of whatsapp screenshots filed on LDOH. No such certificate has been filed till
date.
Let the current address as well as contact details of the accused be verified
upon affidavit. Certificate u/s 65 B IEA be also filed as directed on LDOH.
Issue fresh BWs to be executed through SHO, against the accused Pardeep
Kumar being the proprietor of Gupta Packers on the verified address in terms of previous
order on filing of PF within seven days, returnable on 18.09.2025.
