The complainant is appearing with his video and mic on. The complainant
could be seen wearing only a vest in open court. The moment the Undersigned brought this
to the notice of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the complainant immediately stated that he is
unwell and therefore he was appearing like this. Complainant is warned to be careful in
future. A cost of Rs.10,000/- is imposed upon the complainant to be deposited in DLSA
North-West Rohini, for appearing in such a demeaning manner showing no respect to the
court room proceedings. Ld. Counsel for complainant is also directed to ensure that the
complainant follows proper court room decorum in appearing on VC proceedings in future.
Complainant is directed to pay the cost imposed on him failing which an
adverse order shall follow against him.
Notice to proposed accused not issued by Asst. Ahlmad.
Let notice be issued to the proposed accused through all modes on filing of
PF/RC within 15 days from today. The proposed accused is directed to remain present on
NDOH for further proceedings.
Complainant is directed to file tracking report.
