This is a fresh complaint to be considered u/s 223 BNSS, 2023.
Vide order dated 25.01.2025, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
As per report of service through e-mode, court notice were sent through
Whatsapp and the same came with the report that no valid whatsapp no. was found. Court
notice was also sent through email.
As per report of physical service, premises found locked. Upon further inquiry it
was found that the premises are often locked and the proposed accused visits the premises
occasionally.
At request, let fresh notice be issued to the proposed accused, on filing of PF
within 7 days from today, in terms of order dt 25.01.2025.
Let tracking report be filed in support of physical service.
Notice be given dasti.
Put up again on 18.09.2025.
