This is a fresh complaint to be considered u/s 223 BNSS, 2023.
Vide order dated 25.01.2025, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
As per report through physical service on the first address, it was found that all
the accused have left the premises five years ago.
However no report received qua the second address furnished by the
Complainant.
As per report through e-mode, court notice were sent through Whatsapp and the
same were delivered with double white tick.
Let fresh notice be issued to the proposed accused, on the second address
(Kolkata, West Bengal) on filing of PF within 7 days from today, in terms of order dt
25.01.2025.
Let tracking report be filed in support of physical service.
Notice be given dasti.
