The undersigned is working as Link Magistrate to a court on CCL.
The undersigned is also working as partial link to Ld. CJM N/W.
Present : Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the
Complainant.
Sh. Anil Yadav, Ld. Counsel for accused with
accused.
Matter is at the stage of DE.
It is submitted that accused does not wish to testify as
defence witness and therefore, his name be dropped from the list of
defence witnesses.
The remaining list of witnesses have been considered.
Ld. Counsel for complainant objects on the relevance of
the remaining witnesses.
Perusal of record indicates that the record of cross
examination conducted on 07.05.2025 is not on record in this or any of
the connected cases.
It is imperative to consider the record of cross examination
prior to deciding the aspect of relevance of remaining witnesses.
Ahlmad of Transferor court is directed to send the
complete record of cross examination conducted on 07.05.2025 by
NDOH.
Both counsels pray for Monday or Tuesday.
Put up for remaining DE/further proceedings on
