exigency, accused Rakesh Pal could not appear the court today.
Copy of chargesheet and documents be supplied to the accused Vinay
Kumar, Aas Mohd and Shaffatullah Khan against acknowledgment.
Issue summons to the accused Rakesh Pal through IO concerned for the
NDOH.
Let bailable warrants be issued in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-with one surety in
the like amount against the accused Shagun Harish Parishar and notice to his surety through
IO/SHO concerned for the NDOH.
Accused Ratan Pal Vishwakarma be produced on the next date of hearing.
