Issue notice to the concerned SHO to depute the new
IO and report qua the investigation carried out against proposed
accused namely Vikas Sharma, Ranjit and Mohd. Muzahir on
NDOH.
Copies have already been supplied.
It is submitted that there is a possibility of settlement
between the parties out of the Court.
Be that as it may, be listed on 10.10.2025.
