On the LDOH summons were directed to be issued.
At this stage, the submissions of Ld. counsel for the
accused could not be heard as he is in poor connectivity area. Be
awaited for 12:30 PM for purpose fixed.

Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that copy of
complaint has not been received by the accused. Complainant is
directed to supply the copy of complaint and annexed documents to the
accused on e-mail ID
Ld. Counsel for accused has sought time file
vakalatnama, let the same be filed during the course of the day.
Since the offence is bailable, accused is admitted to bail
on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in
the like amount. Accused is directed to file scanned copy of bail bond
by NDOH and to file hard copy of surety bond by the NDOH.
Put up for consideration on notice on 17.04.2025.
