It transpires that accused Mohd Ali was directed to be released as his
personsal bond was accepted and compliance report was also received.
Copy of the charge sheet and documents annexed with supplied to
accused Mohd Aftab in terms of Provisions of Section 207 Cr.PC.
Let accused Mohd ALI be summoned for the NDOH.
In the meanwhile, notice be issued to complainant/owner of stolen
article(s) to explore the possibility of settlement with the accused for NDOH.
Notice be also issued to IO to file previous conviction report of the
accused for the NDOH.
