This is a fresh complaint to be considered u/s 223 of the BNSS 2024.
As per Reader/ Ahlmad of this court, the physical file was received in the month
of October whereas directions for its submission were made in the month of July.
In the order dt. 10.07.2024 it was clearly mentioned that the physical file has to
be deposited within a period of 7 days from the date of order however the compliance was not
made for the same by the Complainant therefore court notice could not be issued to the
proposed accused.
Let fresh court notice be issued to the proposed accused thereafter order dated
10.07.2024 be complied afresh.
Put up again for the argument on the point of cognizance on the present
complaint.
Put up again on 12.02.2025.
Assistant Ahlmad is directed to do the needful within 7 days from today.
