Vide order dated 06.03.2024, summons were issued to the accused.
No report received.
However tracking report has been filed on behalf of the complainant in support of
service by way of physical modes. Taken on record.
As per tracking report the summons were served upon the accused no 1 and 2 on
20.05.2024.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused persons through VC or at court’s
work station despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused persons are deliberately evading from
the proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused persons, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned for 29.10.2024.
