The complainant has filed evidence by way of affidavit.
Matter is under consideration. I have perused the file. I hereby take
cognizance u/s 138 of NI Act.
On the basis of the evidence led by way of affidavit, there is enough
material to prima facie summon the accused for the offence u/s 138 of NI Act.
Issue summons to the company and its directors on both the addresses, as
per memo of parties, on filing of PF within 15 days from today for NDOH.
Be put up on 27.08.2026.
