Vide order dated 10.07.2024, court notice was issued to the proposed accused to
appear before the court and argue on the point of cognizance.
As per Reader/ Ahlmad of this court, the file is not traceable at the Work Station
Rohini Court.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to visit the Work Station Rohini Court
to assist the Reader cum Ahlmad of this court in tracing the file.
As and when the file will be traced Assistant Ahlmad of this court is directed to
issue the court notice to the proposed accused in terms of order dt. 10.07.2024.
Put up again for the argument on the point of cognizance on the present
complaint.
