On the LDOH, court notice were directed to be issued against the proposed
accused.

Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has sent the vakalatnama on
official email ID of this courts. Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused is directed to file
hard copy of vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused seeks oral exemption on behalf of the
accused. Oral exemption allowed just for today.
Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused submits that copy of complaint has
not yet been received. In the interest of justice, complainant is directed to supply the copy
of complaint to the Ld. Counsel for the accused on the whatsapp contact. Ld. Counsel for
the proposed accused submits that proposed accused wishes to explore possibility of
settlement as the matter is pertaining to only Rs.64,000/-.
The proposed accused is directed to remain present on NDOH failing which
adverse order shall follow.
In view of the submissions, both the parties are directed to appear in
mediation on 05.04.2025 at 02:00 P.M.
Both the parties are directed to sign mediation form within 03 working days
from today.
Put up for report on mediation / consideration upon notice on 26.04.2025 at
12:30 P.M. at work station 310, Rohini Court.
