Notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C. has been framed against the accused to which he
pleads not guilty and claims trial.

part of the digital file.
Admission denial u/s 294 CrPC has been recorded separately and subsequent to that
witnesses at Sr. no. 2, 3 and 4 from the list of witnesses in the complaint stands dropped.
Ld. Counsel for the accused seeks some time to move an appropriate application u/s
145(2) NI Act for cross-examination of the complainant.
Let the same be filed before the next date of hearing with advance copy to the other side.
Be put up for arguments on application u/s 145(2) NI Act /CE on 22.04.2025.
