Accused to be produced from JC(on bail in this case)
Complainant in person.
It is submitted by the complainant/owner of the stolen vehicle
that he has already received back his stolen vehicle and he does not wish to
pursue the case further as he has unable to come to the court again and wishes
to compound offence punishable U/s 411 IPC with the accused without any
monetary compensation.
Statement of complainant/owner of the stolen property is
recorded separately to aforesaid effect.
Accused has been charged for the offences punishable U/s 411
IPC which is compoundable offence as per Cr. PC.
In view of the aforesaid, accused namely Vicky @ Suraj S/o Sh.
Vinod Verma stands acquitted for the offence punishable u/s 411 IPC in terms
of section 320 (8) Cr PC. Nothing remains to be adjudicated.
Original documents, if any, be returned to the rightful claimant
after cancellation of endorsement, if any. Bail bonds of acquitted person are
hereby cancelled. Surety, if any, stands discharged. Case property, if any be
released to the rightful owner against acknowledgment. Superdarinama, if any,
stands cancelled.
Accused be released from custody if not required in any other
case. Release warrants be issued accordingly.
Copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for
intimation and compliance.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
Copy of this order be given dasti to applicant/surety/ acquitted
person/s as and when prays for.
