This is an application for grant of bail u/s 480 BNSS moved on behalf of the
accused Aman Kumar.

Submissions heard on the bail application.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused that accused has been falsely
implicated in the present case and recovery has already been effected. At the end, it is
prayed that accused be enlarged on bail.
Ld. Substitute APP for the state has opposed the bail application.
Accused is stated to be in JC since 15.02.2026. Recovery has already been
effected and there are not many previous involvements of accused. No fruitful purpose
would be served by keeping the accused behind bars. Accordingly, in the overall facts and
circumstances of the case, the present bail application is allowed. Accused is admitted on
bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent, through Dak/e-mail for
information & with directions to serve the copy of the order upon the accused.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
Copy of order be sent to the IO concerned through Naib Court.
