alongwith documents despite direction on the last date of hearing. Let the same be supplied afresh.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that he has again supplied the copy of
complaint to the Ld. Counsel for the accused on the number that was provided by him in the chat box
of VC.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today despite taking time.
It seems that the accused is aware about the court’s proceeding against him and is
deliberately evading the process of this court.
Hence, NBWs be issued against the accused , on filing of PF, through SHO PS
concerned.
