The current address of the accused is House no. 200, Pocket B-7, Sector-4, Rohini, Delhi. Ld. Counsel for the accused is directed to file his vakalatama physically as well digitally on the next date of hearing. Exemption application has been filed on behalf of the accused on court’s mail ID. Taken on record. Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is suffering from viral fever and therefore she is not able to joint the court’s proceedings.
