Ld. Counsel for the accused is directed to file physical copy of the vakaltnama on behalf
of the accused.
This is the first appearance of the accused before the court. Offence under Section 138
NI Act being bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds with surety
bonds for a sum of Rs. 70,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Time is sought for furnishing of surety bonds. Let the same be filed within 10 days from
today. Meanwhile, personal bonds of the accused be filed during the course of the day on the court mail
ID.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has still not received the copy of complaint
despite directions vide order dated 19.12.2023.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that he has supplied the copy of the complaint
through email and whatsapp to the Ld. Counsel for the accused, however copy by way of physical
mode could not be supplied as when he visited Ch no. C2, CL Joseph Block, Tis Hazari Court of the
Ld. Counsel for the accused, the same was found to be closed.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to supply fresh copy of the complaint to the
Ld. Counsel for the accused on the details mentioned in order dated 19.12.2023.
Matter is adjourned for reporting of furnishing of surety bonds and consideration on
notice to 09.05.2024.
