Present : Sh. Madhav, Ld. Counsel for the complainant
Vide order dated 28.08.2023, summons were issued to
the accused. Report of the same was received on 18.11.2023.
As per the report, summons were issued by way of e-
mode on two different whatsapp numbers out of which, one was
delivered with single tick and other number was not found valid on the
whatsapp.
Report by way of registry has also been received which
suggests that accused has refused to accept the summons.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC
despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is
deliberately evading from the proceedings despite being aware of the
proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the
like amount be issued against the accused, on filing of PF, through
SHO PS concerned for 01.06.2024.
