It has been submitted on behalf of the complainant that the present matter
has been settled between both the parties. It has further been submitted that the
complainant has received the entire settlement amount in this matter qua the cheque in
question. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has stated that he has instructions from the
complainant to withdraw the present matter. Let statement of Ld. Counsel for

In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present matter
is settled as compounded and disposed of. Coercive processes, if any against the
accused stands cancelled. Original documents, if any be returned as per rules. Accused
is acquitted of offence u/s 138 NI Act.
Since nothing else survives, let the file be consigned to record room after
due compliance.
