Present : Complainant with Ld. Counsel Sh. Rajan Pratap Singh.
As per order dated 29.08.2023, summons were issued
to the accused. As per the report of summons, the accused himself
was found at the given address, however, he had refused to accept
the summons of the court. He stated that he is physically disabled
and cannot walk, therefore, he will not be able to appear before the
court on the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed a tracking
report in support of summons issued to the accused on court’s email
ID. Taken on record.
As per the report, summons were duly delivered to the
accused on 23.10.2023.
The present proceedings before this court are conducted
online through VC, therefore despite physical limitations of the
accused as stated by him in the report, there is no bar for him to
appear through VC before this court.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC
despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is deliberately
evading from the proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of
the present matter.

BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/ with one surety in the like
amount be issued against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS
concerned for next date.
Put up again on 05.02.2024.
