Matter is listed for furnishing bail bonds, surety bonds and consideration on
notice.
Ld LADC on behalf of the accused undertakes to file his authority letter during
course of the day.
On the last date of hearing the copy of the complaint was supplied to the accused
however Ld LADC for the accused submits that accused is an illiterate person and is not very
technological friendly and he (Ld counsel ) has not received the copy of complaint from the
accused.
Let fresh copy of the complaint be supplied to the LADC on his mail Id
legallyhimanshu@gmail.com, whatsapp no. 9999923870 as well as physically at LADC Office,
Ground. Floor Rohini Court, Near Gate No. 4.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is inclined to
explore possibility of settlement in the presnt matter.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
I find that there are elements of settlement and there seems to be a strong
possibility for amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are apprised of the process of
Mediation and its advantages. The parties submit that they are willing to settle the dispute
through the process of Mediation.

Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Cell on 30.07.2024 at 12.00 pm.
