Accused appeared through VC.
Vide order dated 11.12.2023, BWs were issued against the accused. The report of
the same has been received back as executed.
Accused is present before the court through VC.
Accused submits that he suffers from disability and has a problem in even
standing. He further submits that due to financial difficulties he is not able to engage a counsel
for himself. He has been informed about the free legal aid available through DLSA, North
West, Rohini Courts, however he submits that due to mobility issues it is not possible for him
to visit the court despite that he will try his best to visit the court and engage a counsel for
himself. However he submits that it is very difficult for him to visit the court as even the
facility of wheel chair is not properly available at the Rohini Court.
At this stage, an inquiry is made from the DLSA North West as tot what are the
facilities that are provided to the disabled persons who have mobility issues and have to appear
before the court.
Accordingly, the matter is passed over for 12.30 pm.

Accused appeared through VC.
An inquiry has been made from the DLSA and it has been informed that facility
of Wheel Chair is available at Gate no. 4 and further there is an office of DLSA on the Ground
Floor as well and with the assistance of guard employed at Gate no. 4, the accused can very
well visit the office of DLSA for seeking the appropriate legal aid.
Accused is directed to visit Ground Floor Office of DLSA North West, Rohini
Court to engage a legal aid counsel for himself.
This is the first appearance of the accused before the court. Offence under Section
138 NI Act being bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds
with surety bonds for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Time is sought for furnishing of surety bonds. Let the same be filed within 10
days from today. Meanwhile, personal bonds of the accused be filed during the course of the
day on the court mail ID.
Let copy of the complaint alongwith documents be supplied to the Ld. Counsel
for the accused through email ID ksandip99@gmail.com/WhatsApp no 9289399889 during
course of the day.
Matter is adjourned for reporting of furnishing of surety bonds and consideration
on notice to 14.05.2024.
