the present matter for offence under section 411 IPC. He further sub-
mits that he has no objection if the present case is compounded qua
the accused. Statement of the complainant to this effect is recorded
separately.
In view of the statement and as the matter has already
been settled between the parties for the offence under Section 411 IPC,
the offence under Section 411 IPC stands compounded and ac-
cused is hereby acquitted for the offence punishable u/s 411 IPC
being compoundable in nature in the present FIR.
Bail bonds and superdarinama, if any stands cancelled.
Surety be discharged, if any. Original documents, if any, retained on
record be returned to the rightful person against receiving and after
cancellation of endorsement, if any.
