Complainant is present before the Court today
through VC and submits that he does not wants to pursue the
present case and also does not demand any compensation.
To ascertain the identity of the complainat, the court
has put question regarding the parentage and residence address
and the person appearing through VC has answered these
question correctly.
The court is satisfied that the person appearing
through VC is complainant only.
The complainant stated that he could not appear
before the court as he is out of station.
In view of the above, matter stands compounded
between the parties and accused stands acquitted for the offence
under Section 379/411/34 IPC.
Bail bond stands cancelled. Surety stands discharged.
Original documents/article if any be returned to rightful
owner.
On Request, copy of order be given dasti.
