Complainant Pawan Kumar Singh in person.
Heard. I have gone through the challan filed u/s 173
Cr. P. C. and the documents relied upon by the prosecution. I take
cognizance for the offences in the present chargesheet.
The complainant submits that he does not want to
pursue the present case and also does not demand any
compensation from the accused or State and that now he has no
grievance against any person and he wants to compound the
offence. Let the statement of complainant be recorded to this
effect. Statement of the complainant to this effect recorded
separately.
In view of the above, the offence under Section
379/411 IPC stands compounded between the parties and the
accused Rakesh stands acquitted in the present case. Bail
bond of accused stands cancelled. Surety stands discharged.
Endorsement if any, on the documents be cancelled forthwith.
At this stage, complainant has prayed for release of
the stolen property. As the matter has been compounded and the
accused has been acquitted, the concerned SHO / MHC(M) is
directed to release the stolen property to the complainant as and
when approached unconditionally.
Copy of order be sent to the Jail Superintendent

and accused be released forthwith, if not required in any
other case.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance. Dasti copy be given to the complainant.
