Report of BWs issued against accused no. 3 received back stating that
premises is found locked. On inquiry, it was stated that the premises is locked for a long
no information about the accused could be found out.
It is submitted by accused no. 2 that he has no information about the current
whereabouts of accused no. 2.
Vakalatnama of Ld. Counsel for accused be filed before NDOH. Memo of
appearance be filed during the course of the day.
This is the first appearance of accused no. 2 before the court. Accused is
admitted to bail on furnishing the surety bonds in sum of Rs. 20,000/- before NDOH.
Personal bonds be filed during the course of the day.
