Vide order dated 08.10.2024, BWs were issued against the accused.
As per the report, premises found locked and a person named Pawan Singh was
found at the given address who undertook to apprise the accused as and when he returns about
the next date of hearing before the court.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is deliberately evading from the
proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned.
Put up again on 22.05.2025.
