Vide order dated 26.02.2024, summons were issued to the accused no. 1 and 2.
As per report, received by way of e-mode no valid whatsapp no. was found.
Tracking report has been filed on behalf of the complainant in support of service
by way of physical modes on court’s mail ID. Taken on record. As per the tracking report
summons were delivered upon the accused no. 1 company on 21.05.2024.
It seems that the accused is aware about the court’s proceeding against him and is
deliberately evading the process of this court.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC despite repeated calls
today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is deliberately evading from the
proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned for 08.10.2024.
