Present : Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith AR of the
complainant.
As per report of summons, summons were served through Whatsapp on two
different numbers. Out of which first was delivered with double blue tick and the other was
delivered with one single tick.
Report of physical service by way of Nazarat Branch has also not been received
as yet.
As per report of service by way of registry no information was found.
Tracking report has been filed on behalf of the complainant in support of service
by way of physical modes on court’s mail ID. Taken on record. As per the tracking report the
summons were undelivered to the accused on account of insufficient address.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that legal demand notice was duly
served to the accused on the same address before and accused is now deliberately evading the
process of this court.
Accordingly, Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to verify/file the fresh
address of accused.
Put up again on 24.07.2024.
