File taken up today on an application for cancellation of NBWs.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that the accused could not appear on LDOH due
to marriage in the family of the accused. He further submitted that now onward the accused shall
appear on each and every date of hearing.
Heard. Perused. Considered.
In lieu of the above submissions, and considering that matter is pending since
2023, the NBWs issued against the accused are stayed till the NDOH subject to cost of
Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the complainant on or before the NDOH.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is being given to the
accused to cross-examine the complainant.
Put up for CE on date already fixed, i.e. 25.08.2025.
The application be tagged with the main file.
Copy be given dasti.
