None for accused.
Bailable warrants issued against accused returned back unexecuted with the
report that “accused could not be located”. However, as per the report, family member of
accused was found by the process server at the premises, who did not give any satisfactory
explanation as to the whereabouts of accused. It means that accused is very much aware about
the proceedings before this Court, but despite the same, he is absent today. It appears that his
presence during the trial could only be secured by issuance of a coercive process against him.

Accordingly, let Non-Bailable warrants be issued against accused through SHO
concerned, on filing of PF within 20 days from today, returnable for 25.03.2026.
At least three attempts shall be made to arrest the accused as per directions in the
Standing Order No. Lic & Leg./16/2022.

Ld counsel for accused has appeared and orally prayed for cancellation of NBWs
issued against accused in the morning. In view of the same, the NBWs issued in the morning
stand cancelled. However, since accused has not appeared even today despite issuance of
bailable warrants against him, he is burdened with cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to
complainant.

Copy of complaint be supplied to accused. Counsel for accused has been apprised
of NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds, framing of notice and further proceedings on
NDOH.
