In view of the same, it appears that the accused Mukesh is
intentionally avoiding appearance in the court. Issue BW in sum of Rs.
5000/- with one surety in the like amount against the accused Mukesh
through SHO concerned returnable on NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused Mukesh/SD and
consideration on charge on 22.09.2025.
