Accused Shiv Shankar Mehto, Bashit Ali, Mukesh Kumar and
Imroz are absent.
Sh. Rizwan Khan, Ld. Counsel for accused Imroz and Bashit
Ali is present through VC.
Ms. Soni, Ld. Counsel for accused Shiv Shankar Mehto.
Ms. Rimansi, Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Amarjeet.
Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Amarjeet has sought some more time to
furnish the surety bond.
In interest of justice, personal bond earlier furnished is accepted for
today as well and personal bond earlier furnished is accepted for today as well.
On the oral request of Ld. Proxy counsel for the accused Mukesh, the
accused Mukesh is exempted from physical appearance today subject to the condition
that he shall appear on the NDOH.
Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Mukesh has also sought some more time
to furnish the surety bond.
In interest of justice, personal bond earlier furnished is accepted for
today as well and personal bond earlier furnished is accepted for today as well.
An application for exemption from personal appearance of accused Shiv
Shankar Mehto, Bashit Ali and Imroz has been filed on behalf of respective Ld.
Counsels. Same is considered and allowed for today only, subject to the condition that
they shall appear on the NDOH.
Let surety bond be also furnished by accused Shiv Shankar Mehto by
NDOH.
