Signed copy of the charge dt. 09.06.26, duly signed by accused Atul
Devender Shah has been placed on record in compliance of previous order.
PW1 SI Shubham Tiwari has been examined in chief and cross
examined on behalf of accused Mohd Akil and Nurdeen. Despite repeated calls
and presence of accused Atul Devender Shah through VC, his counsel has not
appeared nor has accused Atul responded to the court calls.
At 12:50pm, cross examination of PW1 by accused Atul Devender
Shah is closed.
Ld. counsel for accused Mohd Akil and Nurdeen seeks adjournment
for examination of remaining two witnesses stating that there is possibility of out
of court settlement.
Let fresh summons be issued to prosecution witness at serial no. 1 &
2 through IO concerned for NDOH. Let MHC(M) with entire case property, if any
be also summoned for NDOH.
