Today again accused Atul is appearing through VC. No medical
documents has been filed on his behalf.
Clarifications sought from IO.
Case file has been perused. Submissions heard.
Prima facie case for offence punishable u/s. 318(4)/317(2)/3(5)
of BNS has been made out against all accused. Charge for the
aforementioned offence has accordingly been framed separately against all
the accused today itself which was read over and explained to the accused.
The accused persons have pleaded not guilty and have claimed trial.
In terms of undertaking furnished on behalf of accused Atul
Devender Shah on 26.05.2026, charge has been read over and explained to
accused through VC and a copy of the charge is handed over to Sh. Anuj
Kumar, Ld. proxy counsel for accused Atul Devender Shah, Enrollment no.
D-3680/2020. Let the same be signed by accused and the signed copy be
placed on record on NDOH.
Let fresh summons be issued to prosecution witness at serial no.
1, 2 and 3 through IO concerned for NDOH.
Be put up for PE on 06.07.2026.
