It is submitted by accused that his present residential address is plot no.73, 2nd
floor pocket-2 sector-21 sultanpuri, Delhi.
It is submitted by ld counsel for accused that he has not received copy of the
complaint. Complainant is directed to supply the same by NDOH. Mobile no. of accused is
being reflected in the ordersheet for the purpose of facilitating the same.
Accused has orally prayed for bail. Since the offence is bailable in nature, he is
admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like
amount.
As accused is appearing virtually, he is directed to file the bail bonds (complete in all
it’s particulars including present residential addresses and mobile numbers of both: himself and surety)
through official email id of this court during the course of the day i.e., until 3:00 pm. Failure to comply
shall be viewed strictly entailing a cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited in DSLSA, North-west district, Ro-
hini.
Put up for furnishing of surety bonds, framing of notice and further proceedings
on 07.01.2026.
