Vide order dated 04.12.2024, summons were issued to the bank official.
PF not filed.
None has appeared on behalf of the complainant through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
Even on the last date of hearing, PF was not filed. Further perusal shows, even on
27.04.2024 PF was not filed and the Complainant has not appeared.
Conduct of the Complainant shows that he is not diligent in pursuing the present matter.
In view of the conduct of the Complainant, a cost of Rs. 2000/- is imposed on the
Complainant to be deposited in Avlamban Fund Scheme, 2024 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, on the
next date of hearing.
Vide this order, one last and final opportunity is being given to the Complainant to
pursue the present matter, failing to which the present complaint shall be dismissed on account of non
prosecution and non appearance.
Let PF be filed within 7 days and thereafter order dt. 04.12.2024 be complied afresh for
NDOH.
Put up again on 29.07.2025.
At this stage, Sh. Rijul Tyagi, Ld. Counsel for complainant has appeared. He has been apprised of the
proceedings as well as next date of hearing.
