PF not filed. This is the fifth consecutive time that the complainant has
failed to file PF in the matter.
No justifiable ground for non compliance is made out. Rather none has
appeared on behalf of complainant today. Already sufficient opportunities and warnings
have been given to the complainant. Further, none has appeared on behalf of
complainant since the LDOH. Yet the complainant has failed to ensure compliance of
the court orders. No further ground to give another opportunity to complainant is made
out. Rather it appears that complainant is not interested to proceed in the matter.
In lieu of above observations, the present complaint stands dismissed for
non filing of PF u/s 204 (4) CrPC as well as non-prosecution.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
The P.A. is directed to upload the ordersheet on layers and CIS.
