complainant submits that previous cost of Rs.2,000/- remains unpaid as well.

Ld. Counsel for the convict submits that the matter has been settled alongwith C.C.
No.2330/2024 for an amount of Rs.21,00,000/- to be paid by 25.02.2027.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the convict has not furnished the present
address. Ld. Counsel for the complainant further seeksa short date for verification of payment.
Heard both the parties.
The convict is directed to send the proof of present address on the official email ID of
this court during the course of the day. The convict is further directed to place on record affidavit in this
regard by NDOH. Let a joint statement of matter being settled in mediation be recorded on NDOH.
The complainant and the convict are directed to remain present on NDOH failing which
adverse order shall follow.
Put up for confirmation of payment / arguments on sentence on 31.05.2025 at work
station 310, Rohini Court.
