Let the digital file of the complaint be uploaded on the Layers of the
Undersigned by the Reader cum Ahlmad of this court.
The present file has been put up before me today by the reader-cum-ahlmad
of the court.
The Undersigned as of now has no access to the digital as well as physical file
of the case.
Complainant is directed to submit the original documents including the
dishonoured cheque, dishonour memo bearing the seal of the bank, legal demand notice,
dispatch receipt and service proof, reply, if any, etc. apart from physically signed original
complaint and attested affidavit of pre-summoning evidence, with the reader-cum-ahlmad of
the court, before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to visit the Digital Court Work
Station at least one or two days before the next date of hearing for submitting the physical
file between 2.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Put up for consideration/arguments on the point of summoning on 03.08.2024.
The reader-cum-ahlmad is directed to do the updation of the matter as per rules.
