I hereby take cognizance u/s 138 of NI Act. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for complainant has submitted that he is not pressing for summoning of proposed accused mentioned at serial no. 3, 5, 6 and 7. Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant is recorded to this effect at the bottom of order sheet dated 28.03.2026 stating that the their names have not been mentioned in the master data of company. Heard. On the basis of the evidence led by way of affidavit, there is enough material to prima facie summon the accused no. 1, 2, 4 and 8 for the offence u/s 138 of NI Act.
