Matter is listed for verification/ filing of fresh address of the accused.
An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the complainant verifying that the
accused is residing at the given address only.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is deliberately evading from the
proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned.
Complainant is at liberty to accomapny the process sever at the time of
execution of BWs.
Process server is directed to contact the Complainant at his mobile number
mentioned on the PF.
Non-compliance of the order shall be viewed with seriousness.
Put up again on 25.01.2025.
