Ld. Counsel Sh. Devi Singh for accused at THC.
Oral exemption sought on behalf of accused on the
ground that the wife of the accused is in the third trimester of the
pregnancy. He undertakes that the accused shall be present on the
NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has handed over the
hardcopy of the complaint to the Ld. Counsel for accused.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the
copy of complaint and annexed documents to the accused on e-mail ID
i.e. advprabharsharma@gmail.com.
Ld. Counsel for accused has sought time file
vakalatnama, let the same be filed by the NDOH.
Since the offence is bailable, accused is admitted to bail
on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in
the like amount. Accused is directed to file scanned copy of bail bond
by NDOH and to file hard copy of surety bond before the NDOH.
Put up for consideration on notice on 21.04.2025.
