In view of the above, the offence under Section
379/411 IPC stands compounded between the parties and the
accused stands acquitted in the present case. The superdari of

Bail bond of accused stands cancelled. Surety stands
discharged. Endorsement if any, on the documents be cancelled
forthwith.
In view of the above, let the present case be put up
