Matter is listed for furnishing bail bonds, surety bonds and consideration on
notice.
However, it is seen that the accused has not been granted bail till date and
inadvertently the matter has been listed for furnishing bail bonds and consideration of
notice on 07.09.2024.
It is clarified by way of this order, that the matter is currently listed for first
appearance of the accused and further proceedings.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work
station despite repeated calls today.
A perusal of the record shows that the accused still now has not marked his
presence before the court and one counsel had been appearing on behalf of the accused
for the last three dates of hearing and repeated exemptions have been sought on behalf
of the accused.
Vide order dated 18.12.2024, it was clarified if the accused fails to appear
today a cost of Rs. 4,000/- shall be imposed upon the accused.
In the interest of justice, let the presence of the accused be awaited at 02.00
pm.

None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC despite repeated
calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is aware of the present matter
and deliberately evading the proceedings of the present matter.
Hence, NBWs be issued against the accused , on filing of PF, through SHO
PS concerned.
