Bail bonds have not been furnished till date. Let the same be filed before the next
date of hearing without fail.
Exemption has been sought on behalf of the accused on the ground that the
accused is a diabetic patient and not well therefore he is not able to join the court’s
proceedings. Medical documents have been filed in support of the same.
Even on the last date of hearing, exemption was sought on behalf of the accused.
Exemption is allowed only for today.
If the accused fails to appear on the next date of hearing, cost of Rs. 4000/- shall
be imposed upon the accused.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has received the copy of complaint.
