Relevant documents have not been produced as yet in compliance of order dated
23.06.2023.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that Goyal Onion Company deals with the
agricultural poroduce therefore, GST is not applicable on them, therefore, he is not able to
produce any GST details in support of the argument that proposed accused no. 2 to 4 are
partners in Goyal Onion Company i.e. proposed accused no. 1. He also states that he has filed
an RTI before the Secretrary, APMC, Delhi Govt for providing the requisite details regarding
the Goyal Onion Company and its partners, however, the said information has been refused by
the concerned APMC Official. He further states that against the said order of refusal of the
APMC, an appeal has been filed before the CIC on 12.10.2023, however, no further
proceedings have taken place as yet in that appeal.
Ld. Counsel for complainant prays before this court that a court notice be issued
to the concerned APMC Official to be present before this Court alongwith the relevant records
concerning Goyal Onion Company and its partners.
Heard. Perused.
In the interest of justice, let court notice be issued to the concerned official of
APMC, Delhi Govt. to be present before this Court on the next date of hearing alongwith
relevant documents concerning Goyal Onion Company and its partners.
Put up again on 14.03.2024.
